Title Sponsorship $8,500.00

  • Designation as the Title Sponsor for the season.  We will have only one Title Sponsor.

  •  Recognition as our Title Sponsor for the live meeting broadcasts on WRFC in the pre-produced show opening.

  •  Two 60 second radio commercials on WRFC for your company during the live broadcast at each meeting.

  •  Live mention as the Title Sponsor each time the WRFC broadcast comes back live from commercial break.

  •  Four (4) Touchdown Club of Athens Memberships. These Title Sponsor Memberships include meals for each meeting.  Reserved seating at the Touchdown Club table with Loran Smith – attendance confirmation is requested for each meeting.

  •  Table for 10 guests for two meetings chosen by the Title Sponsor. This may exclude the first meeting of the year due to the strong attendance at that meeting.

  • Option to invite guests for meetings at the member price, including meetings designated as no guests to the membership.  Limited to availability.

  •  Title Sponsor name and/or logo prominently displayed during video presentations during our meetings.

  •  Full page ad in each Touchdown Club meeting program – back cover.

  •  Company to be designated prominently as our Title Sponsor on The Touchdown Club of Athens website and include a website link to your company website.

  •  Possible attendance for two to March 2025 Coaches Clinic at UGA to hear speaker presentations and attend the reception hosted by the UGA Coaching Staff.  This may include attendance to part of a spring practice.

  •  Possible lunch with Loran Smith or other notable “Bulldog Insider”.

  •  Autographed football by this seasons UGA Coaching Staff.

Flashback Sponsorship $6,000.00

  • Designation as the Flashback Sponsor for the season.   Only one Flashback Sponsor.

  • Video recognition as our Flashback Sponsor before introduction of our Flashback.

  • Introduces our Flashback guest at each meeting and is seated at the Head Table.

  • Recognition as the Flashback Sponsor on WRFC during their live on-site broadcasts.

  • Four (4) Touchdown Club of Athens Memberships.  One of these has meals included for each meeting, and the other three must still use the meeting reservations system to pay for meals at meetings they attend. 

  • Reserved seating at all meetings for three (plus one at head table to introduce).  For reserved table seating these attendees must notify club Secretary by Friday prior to the meeting.

  • Flashback Sponsor name logo displayed with all sponsors during our meetings.

  • Half page ad in each Touchdown Club meeting program.  A story about our Flashback in one of those meeting programs.

  • Photo of Flashback Sponsor with the Flashback & Speaker at each meeting, when available.

  • Name listed as our Flashback Sponsor on The Touchdown Club of Athens website, with a link to your company website.

  • Possible attendance for two to UGA Coaches Clinic to hear speakers and attend reception hosted by UGA Coaching Staff.  Option to attend part of a spring practice.

  • Autographed football by this seasons UGA Coaching Staff.

Gold Sponsorship $2,000.00

  • Two Touchdown Club of Athens Memberships.

  • Possible admission for two to March 2025 UGA Coaches Clinic.  Participation to include guest speaker(s) sessions, attendance to coaches social, and some part of a practice.

  • 20 sixty second commercials on WRFC in the weeks prior to the meeting

    • Thirty seconds devoted to promotion of the next Touchdown Club meeting followed by thirty second sponsor commercial.  EXAMPLE: The next meeting of the Touchdown Club of Athens will be (date).  Bobby Bowden, former coach at Florida State will be the speaker.  To join the Touchdown Club at 706-543-9860.  This meeting will be sponsored by

    • Then thirty second Sponsor commercial piggybacks.

  • 2 thirty second commercials on WRFC will be played during the live broadcast of all Touchdown Club meetings.

  • 25 live announcements about upcoming meetings with brief details like: “The Touchdown Club of Athens is meeting next Tuesday.  Coach Kirby Smart is the speaker. This message brought to you by (Sponsor).

  • Autographed football by the UGA Coaching Staff.

  •  Table for 10 guests on night of Sponsorship – right in front of podium.

  • Designation as Gold Sponsor for one meeting (draw for specific meeting).

  • Introduce the Speaker at your sponsored meeting (script provided).

  • Reserved Gold Sponsor seating for all subsequent meetings you attend as desired. Includes up to four seats for paid guests or members to have reserved seating each meeting as desired. 

  • Optional picture session with the Speaker and Flashback Honoree before the meeting you sponsor.   You may bring three guests to meet the Speaker and Flashback Honoree, and have pictures made with each.  Pictures will be provided to the Sponsor.

  • Option to attend the other pre-meeting picture sessions and meet the Speakers and Flashback Honoree’s, and have a picture made.  These non-sponsor meetings are limited to you or one designee.

  • Option to attend one Coach Smart press conference during the season, if available.

  • Ad in each Touchdown Club meeting program for your meeting.

  • Your company name and website link on the Touchdown Club of Athens website.

Silver Sponsorship $1,200.00

  • Two Touchdown Club of Athens Memberships.

  • Possible admission for one to parts of the UGA Coaches Clinic in March.  Participation to include guest speaker(s) sessions (i.e. Coach Bill Belichick last year) and attendance to the coaches social.

  • Inclusion in radio promos leading up to your designated meeting.  Example: The Touchdown Club of Athens meets next Tuesday night at the Athens Country Club, Coach Kirby Smart will be the speaker and the meeting will be hosted by (Gold Sponsor name) along with (Silver Sponsor name).

  • Designation as Silver Sponsor for one meeting (there are two Silver Sponsors per meeting).

  • Optional private picture session with the Speaker and Flashback Honoree before the meeting you sponsor.  You may bring two guests to this reception to meet the Speaker and Flashback Honoree, and have pictures made with each.

  • Option to attend the other pre-meeting picture sessions and meet the Speakers and Flashback Honoree’s, and have picture made.  These non-sponsor meetings are limited to you or one designee.

  • Three meals at your Sponsored meeting for you and two guests, with reserved seating near the podium.

  • As Sponsor you may invite an additional two guests at the members’ meal pricing rate to the meeting you serve as Silver Sponsor.  These guests will also be seated at your reserved table near the podium.

  • Reserved seating option for two at all meetings you attend. Can include one registered and paid member/guest to sit at this reserved seating table each meeting.  Meal payments are separate from this reserved seating option.

  • Listing in the Touchdown Club meeting program as a Silver Sponsor.

  • Listing on our website as a Silver Sponsor and a link to your company website.
